Since today is the winter solstice, it's my Yule and I would like to wish all of you "Seasons Greetings" and all the best in the coming year.

Rather a bit late to comment, I know.
December 21st. Winter Solstice, most years. Four days prior to Christmas. Pretty durn close to Hanukkah and Kwanzaa.
Most importantly... my birthday; I won't say how many years back just now...
It came in very handy for parties over the years, being able to have folks over to celebrate my nativity; no one could feel offended in regard to inclusion/exclusion of any particular faith, as it was merely coincidental that it was the major holiday season for a number of faiths. Neutral ground, as it were. Everyone could get on board gathering to give me a bad time... grin.
