In the next several days, through the 31st, we can see a blue moon (second full one in the month), a super moon (moon looking larger and brighter than normal because of its closeness to Earth) and a blood moon (total lunar eclipse). I think it will be visible in North America, Asia and Australia.

Thanks for the info. However, since I can't make it to Marquette and I'm usually still in bed (one of the perks being retired), I'll take a pass on that event.

I will admit that when I chose to share the link of the information from Marquette I was not thinking of anyone actually going there, instead because it was where Randy met Crystal and Myleigh. I also chose that location due to it's relative proximity to Spearfish Lake

This site is pretty cool! www.timeanddate.comYou may localize the eclipse and start an animation showing the progress of the eclipse. There are many other astronomical locators in the site, all may be localized.
