Hi, Via the website www.grynenbayritpublications.com/ I got referred to Wes' website and read the books overhere at the Spearfishlaketales. But.... Has anyone heard from K Pelle recently? He posted here regularly in the forum and on his own website where he posted new stories or chapters usually once a month. His last posting of feb 24th on his website has now been over 3 months and talked about him having been ill. Does any one know what happened to him and whether we can look forward to some new stories from him? |

I just saw this post and thought I should pass on that the last few months have been rather rough for me and mine, so writing has been one of the last things on my mind. Just in the last few weeks I had a good buddy die of pancreatic cancer almost overnight. The man seemed perfectly healthy one Wednesday night and inside of ten days he was gone. Then I had a bad fall, cracked a rib or two and bruised a bunch of bones in the my lower right side of my back, so I haven't been getting around too well for a while. But that isn't the worst. Just about two weeks ago my son had a heart attack, then developed complications, first water on the lungs, then kidney failure, which meant forced respiration and kidney dialysis. Unfortunately things have not gone well, so he is now non-responsive, and the family has signed a DNR form for him. |

K Pelle: I wish I had some magic words to say...but afraid all I have, is that I ache for you, brother. Virtual hugs, and lots of real love and strength being sent your way. I'm so sorry.

K Pelle, I can't imagine the pain you've been feeling. It was good to see you post, after the worry expressed by TOP but the news about your son put a damper on that.

It's not fair but life often isn't. Adult children are supposed to mourn and bury their elderly parents.

Hello K Pelle.
Sory to hear you have had such a rough time. Of course writing is not one of your first priorities in those times. I wish you lots of strength to get through those times.
And when you find the time and wish to write know that we are here to read it. But untill then... our thoughts are with you.
