We haven't seen any new ones since May, 2016and it's coming up on nine years since the first (May, 2008). If you have any new ones, maybe you could post them.
Thanks. Reaching for Wings is progressing very nicely.

I have a few but they're all on the forum already. I just need to take the time to deal with them sometime.

All right, I just copied some columns from the forum to the Shorts page. I've got one or two more pieces I could add, but I'm going to have to dig deeper to find them since they've never been on the forum.
I don't repost all my columns from the paper since most of the time they pertain to local issues.

Thanks, Wes.
I was hoping you had some more outtakes. I've always enjoyed the four you have posted.

Oh, all right. I just dug out a snippet of a story I started several years ago, and never figured out where it was going. I still think this crochety old coot must have had some kind of a story there, through. www.spearfishlaketales.com/shorts/lastchance.htm

He sounds like my kind of guy.He probably needs an extended road trip with some younger companion(s). Probably not by plane or boat. He needs to get out of Florida any way. Maybe he could meet up with the older couple in Promises to Keep or their single, older female friend who lived in Florida. Or some people who live in the front range area. But you probably have a few other thinks to do.
Thanks for the treat.

Thanks for that. You might like to edit the introduction on the Shorts page to point to the new forum instead of the old. No rush, as the first thing you see is a link to the new one.

I was born in St. Louis and always said that if the mouth of the Mississippi was the anus of the world, then St. Louis is 2000 miles up it.
