I received Joe/Joan earlier today. I think that your fans will all enjoy it. Joan is the latest of your great female characters!!!

Thanks for passing that along, Boyd. I was a little dubious about Wes joining the do-over genre, but if anyone can do it well, it's Wes. (Please excuse the familarity Mr. Boyd but as I've read everything you've posted, I think of you as a friend I've never met.)

It is not your normal do-over. In fact, there are scenarios Joan proposes where it isn't a do-over at all.

Greg B., I'm happy if my comment encouraged you to read Joe/Joan. I think Wes did his usual great job with this book. However, I'm not normally a science fiction/fantasy reader. After I finished graduate school in 1972 and started to work for a living, I haven't read much of that of that genre. I can't say if I have ever read a do-over story before. What attracted me to this story was a great female character, the time era and an interesting plot. I figured many of Wes' readers also liked science fiction/fantasy enough to enjoy this foray into something different.
I hope you and other readers who normally read this type of story will tell us in February, 2017 if this is a good do-over story.
