In Banners Flying the Bradford Speedway's concession stands were staffed by the Band Boosters, which was spiff and served the athletic boosters right for driving them out of the school concessions stands. But now, in My Little Pony, it's the athletic boosters who are staffing the concessions stands at the speedway; clearly, something changed down the line.

I attribute this to the fact that the current book was the first one written though it is the last one in the series. Normally, an editor or advanced reader would catch this discrepancy and Wes would fix it. Probably similar issues will crop up later in this book.

Then there's the fact that twenty years have passed between Banners Flying and My Little Pony, and a lot can change in that time.
