Chapter 19 typo fix

Reader Boyd Percy noted another name switch in chapter 19. In the middle of the chapter where Kyle starts working with an instructor at the ski resort, he was mistakenly named as "Greg" at first. This has been corrected in a site chapter upload done this morning (11/5/18). Those of you keeping track of this sort of thing might want to download a new chapter.
Sorry about that. Anyone else seeing anything, let me know at the new e-address posted in the "additional address" thread, also found on the site contact page. I wish us editors could catch all these, but we don't. You fans find many of the ones we missed. Please keep reporting them. If you have trouble, post a note here in the forum.
