sorry about the chapter repost delay

I got up this morning about 5 a.m. and found a note from Dan sent about 2 a.m. that he couldn't get to Wifi to do the chapter upload until mid morning today, Monday, Feb-24-2020, Pacific Coast USA time, so asked if I could do it any earlier than that. I didn't see his e-mail until then and got the chapter up about 5:30 a.m., whatever that is in time zone speke, minus 9 or something like that?  Anyway, it's working that I can tell. Let me know if any problems.
